Terms & Conditions 2023/24

Atlas (IOW) Ltd, trading as Atlas Ferries works in partnership with Wightlink Ferries to offer a fully managed ferry booking service to tourist visitors to the Isle of Wight. This is provided through a network of independent accommodation providers across the Island. Our total booking price covers both the ferry passage and our fully managed arrangement and administration service.

All ferry tickets supplied are from Wightlink, departing from Portsmouth or Lymington. They are domestic vehicle crossings; we are unable to offer foot passenger tickets or commercial traffic.

Once we receive an enquiry for a ferry ticket, we will research the best available crossing and communicate the details to a customer via email with a link to pay and confirm the booking.

Full payment is required via the payment link to confirm a ferry ticket. Once in receipt of cleared funds, we will issue tickets through the Wightlink system directly to the customer.

Booking, amendment, and cancellation requests can be made in writing via the booking form or email during business hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Weekends/Bank Holidays 9am–5pm. We will endeavour to reply to any enquiries as soon as possible. We can also take requests over the phone if required.

Customer Cancellations & Amendments: All amendments are free of charge; however, a fare difference may apply and must be paid in full at the time of amendment. A confirmed booking may be cancelled by the customer up to 48 hours before travel, subject to a £5 administration fee.

Major Operational Disruption & Service Suspensions: In the event of an extended, systemic suspension of ferry services by Wightlink lasting more than 48 consecutive hours due to national or global fuel supply crises, force majeure, or government rationing, Atlas Ferries will process refunds up to the net cash amount refunded to us by the operator. Any residual variance between the operator's refund and the total booking price paid is non-refundable, representing arrangement and management services fully rendered prior to travel.

All tickets are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Ferry Operator, Wightlink.
